I offer between 1 to 4 prenatal appointments, tailored to your individual needs, confidence level, and comfort. Each session typically lasts 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on what you’re needing that day. If you have a partner, I strongly encourage them to join—we’re a team, and I’m here to support both of you.
Each family is different, and that’s why every prenatal visit is personalized. Together, we’ll explore topics like:
Creating a personalized birth plan
Comfort measures and labor positions
Rebozo techniques and hands-on practice
Childbirth education and mindset preparation
Trimester-specific exercises
Breastfeeding basics and expectations
During our second prenatal while we chat about emotional and mental components to labor and birth I offer a complimentary foot zone. During our final prenatal appointment, I’ll bring a few thoughtful gifts to help kickstart your postpartum journey: a complimentary sitz bath, a ring sling, and a homemade freezer meal—because every new parent deserves care and nourishment.
When labor begins, I’ll meet you at your chosen location—home, hospital, or birth center—and stay by your side throughout the entire process. If you need privacy at any time, I’ll respectfully step back, always following your lead.
I’ll provide continuous physical comfort and emotional support, using evidence-based techniques and deep presence. I also act as a liaison between you and your birth team, helping establish rapport, reminding providers of your preferences, and ensuring you have the information needed to make empowered, informed choices.
After your baby is born, I’ll stay for 1–2 hours to ensure you're comfortable, assist with initial breastfeeding (if desired), and support your transition into those first quiet bonding moments as a new family.
I will also schedule at least one postpartum follow-up visit in your home. During this time, we’ll:
Reflect on your birth experience together
Clarify any parts of the birth you’d like to review
Answer questions about your recovery and your baby
Offer breastfeeding and emotional support
Provide referrals and guidance for any additional needs

Foot zoning is a powerful, holistic modality that uses specific pressure points on the feet to help the body return to its natural state of balance and wellness. Every zone on the foot corresponds to different systems, organs, and structures within the body—meaning this focused technique can support both physical and emotional health.
During a 60-minute foot zoning session, I’ll work systematically through the zones of your feet to stimulate and support the body's own healing processes. Clients often leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and refreshed—both mentally and physically.
Potential Benefits of Foot Zoning:
Stress relief and emotional release
Improved circulation and lymphatic flow
Hormonal balance and endocrine support
Digestive support and detoxification
Headache and pain relief
Boosted immune function
Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
Foot zoning is safe and supportive during all life stages—including pregnancy, postpartum, and fertility journeys—and can be a beautiful complement to your birth or wellness plan.
