Jess was an amazing doula and such a crucial part of my positive birth experience! She was incredibly informative, communicated so well, and helped me feel prepared and confident for the birth I wanted. She also made sure my husband felt involved and equipped with tools to support me throughout labor.
My labor progressed really quickly, but Jess stayed in close contact and arrived at the perfect time. During labor, she guided me through breathing techniques, and her counter pressure was an absolute lifesaver! We’re so grateful for Jess and everything she did to help bring our baby girl into the world.

Jessica is the best!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. As a first-time mom and a naturally anxious person, having her as my doula made all the difference in my pregnancy and birth experience. From the very beginning, she was an incredible balance of equipping me with education, preparedness, and deep emotional support. During pregnancy and the birth, she always took the time to explain what was happening, what to expect next, and why; which helped me feel informed, grounded, and empowered every step of the way.
During labor and delivery, Jessica was calm, responsive, and completely present. She kept me grounded during the hardest parts. Her reassurance and guidance gave me so much confidence, and I truly felt prepared for my birth because of her support. What meant even more to me was that she came to my home afterward to help me process my birth experience. That level of care and follow-through is so rare and so invaluable.
Jessica didn’t just support my birth, she supported me. I felt seen, heard, and held throughout the entire journey. I am endlessly grateful for her and would recommend her to any expecting parent, especially first-time moms who want to feel confident, informed, and supported!!

"Jessica was an invaluable part of my birth team. I am so thankful for the knowledge and expertise she shared with me while I was pregnant as well as during and after my birth. She was reliable and kind and I am so happy I had her there! Having her as my doula was one of the best decisions I made for my birth. I highly recommend her!!"

"I just want to give a huge shout out to my Doula, Jessica Bair. Doing this pregnancy alone was a challenge in itself. But once it came time for labor and delivery I don't think I could've done it without the help of my doula. With everything that happened with Baby B and myself. She was my voice when I couldn't process everything that was going on. She was there for me almost everyday for a few months leading up to birth. Thank you so much for everything that you did and are continuing to do even postpartum. I would say I have gained an amazing friend through all of this."

"I would recommend Jessica as a doula to anyone. She met with me and helped answer my questions during the pregnancy. She brought not only suggestions but articles to back up her suggestions for ways to shorten labor through supplements and exercises. I was looking to do a VBAC and one of the main reasons for my C-Section was utter exhaustion, so shortening the labor was very important to me, as well as building up my stamina. I got sick twice during my pregnancy, and she was available for questions and concerns.
One of the best things Jessica did for me was being a running positive affirmation track in my head. She could recognize when I was struggling and helped with verbally boistering me up. She even asked ahead of time for any personal affirmations so she could have them memorized and ready to be used during labor.
My husband was happy with having Jessica there for 2 main reasons: the counterpressure and the positions. He only had to focus on the feel good sensations (also a suggestion by Jessica) like rubbing my arm, kissing my forehead, etc. Jessica was able to give the counterpressure even when it required squatting or other less than comfortable positions. It was also nice to have Jessica there to support me when I was in less than comfortable/stable positions.
One last thing, she was willing to "roll with the punches" as I had wanted an all natural vaginal birth all throughout my pregnancy. But at like 38 weeks I decided I might be open to an epidural. Then when I was in the hospital giving birth I decided I did want one for sure. She didn't make me feel bad for "giving up" but supported me in my decision, and I am very grateful for that.
After the birth she helped me to get my girl latched and stuck around until the stitching was done and the epidural removed. She was a wonderful support throughout the pregnancy and for labor and I would feel confident in suggesting her to anyone, and especially anyone looking for a VBAC."
